Amber Young

Amber Young is a Professor of ESL at the SCAD Language Studio, Savannah College of Art and Design (2018–present). She holds an M.A. in TESOL from Azusa Pacific University and a B.A. in Elementary Education from Hillsdale College. Her career includes extensive roles in intensive English programs, including academic directorships and adjunct professorships across institutions in the U.S. and China.

Her research focuses on integrating technology in ESL instruction, cross-cultural communication, curriculum design, and assessment strategies. Notable contributions include presentations on scaffolding research writing, effective classroom technology use, and cross-cultural awareness in education.
