Amber Randolph is an Associate Professor and Dean of the School of Arts and Sciences at the University of Cumberlands. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Professional Educator (School Counselor) in Illinois.
- Active leadership roles: President-Elect of North Central Association for Counselor Education and Supervision (NCACES); Governing Council member and Leadership and Advocacy Committee member of Association for Counselor Education and Supervision (ACES)
- Former President of Association for Adult Development and Aging (AADA, 2019-2020); current service on AADA's Middle Adulthood Task Force and Conference Planning Committee
Her research focuses on counselor education, wellness, women's issues, and gerontological counseling. She mentors counseling students in these areas and maintains active professional engagement.
