Amber Peterman is a Research Professor in the Department of Public Policy at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is affiliated with the Transfer Project at the Carolina Population Center, co-leads the Cash Transfer and Intimate Partner Violence Research Collaborative, and serves as a Non-Resident Fellow at the Center for Global Development. Her research focuses on the intersection of gender and development, emphasizing social protection, gender-based violence, and adolescent health.
