Amber Beland is an Assistant Professor in the PsyD in Leadership Psychology program and Associate Director of the Organizational and Leadership Psychology Field Placement at William James College. She holds an MDiv from Harvard Divinity School and a BA in Cultural Anthropology from Ithaca College. Her research focuses on Non-Profit Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Authentic Leadership, and Healthy Communication strategies in professional settings.
Dr. Beland teaches courses including LP101 (First Year Seminar) and OP500 (Introduction to Organizational Psychology). She is the founder of Main Street Consulting, demonstrating her commitment to practical application of leadership principles.
