Amanuel Beyin is an Associate Professor and Director of Undergraduate Studies in the Department of Anthropology at the University of Louisville. His research focuses on human prehistory, particularly in East Africa, investigating stone tool technologies and hominin dispersal routes. He leads interdisciplinary projects in coastal regions like the Red Sea and Kilwa Basin, supported by grants from NSF, National Geographic, and others.
