Dr. Amanpreet Badhwar is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Medicine, Université de Montréal, and a member of the CRIUGM (Research Center of the University Institute of Geriatrics of Montreal). She specializes in multiomics investigations of neurodegenerative diseases, particularly Alzheimer's disease, combining neuroimaging and molecular omics to discover biomarkers and therapeutic targets.
Research Focus:
- Multiomic studies of age-related dementias
- Development of blood-based biomarkers for Alzheimer's
- Integration of in vivo imaging with metabolomics
