Amanda Williams is an Associate Professor at Norwich Business School, University of East Anglia. She holds a PhD from Norwich Business School and is a Chartered Accountant (since 1992) and Chartered Tax Adviser. Her research focuses on accreditation impacts on accounting education and professional standards. She contributes to the UN Sustainable Development Goals through her work on governance and ethics.
Teaching areas include Financial Accounting, Advanced Financial Accounting, and Personal & Corporate Taxation. Previously, she worked at BPP Professional Education (2007–2012), leading courses for ICAEW and ACCA qualifications. She has authored technical articles for professional bodies, including works on tax ethics and conceptual frameworks.
