Clinical Associate Professor Amanda Vincent is a clinician-researcher at Monash University and Monash Health, specializing in menopause and early menopause. She is Head of Early Menopause Research at the Monash Centre for Health Research & Implementation and co-leads the Early Menopause stream at the NHMRC Centre for Research Excellence in Women’s Health in Reproductive Life. She also serves as an endocrinologist at Monash Health and leads specialized menopause clinics.
Her research focuses on early menopause, bone health, patient education, and digital health interventions. She has led and contributed to numerous research projects, including randomized trials and co-designed digital tools like the Ask Early Menopause App and Healthtalk Australia. Her work has significantly advanced clinical understanding and patient support in reproductive health.
Her recent publications span topics such as premature ovarian insufficiency, cognitive changes in early menopause, osteoporosis care models, and workplace impacts of menopause. These reflect a strong trend toward patient-centered, evidence-based, and digitally enabled women’s health research with global clinical relevance.

She has secured competitive grant funding from bodies including the Department of Health and Aged Care and NHMRC. She supervises and mentors junior researchers and clinicians through her leadership roles and collaborative projects. As Past President of the Australasian Menopause Society and board member of the International Menopause Society, she plays a key role in shaping policy and education in menopause care.
She leads the Osteo-improve project and co-leads the MenoPROMPT and Digital Health for Women’s Health initiatives, all aimed at improving implementation of evidence in clinical practice.
