Amanda Shanor is an Assistant Professor at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, specializing in constitutional law with a focus on freedom of speech. She is affiliated with the Department of Legal Studies & Business Ethics and holds dual appointments at Penn Law. Shanor's research examines the evolving interpretation of the First Amendment, democratic theory, illiberalism, and the intersection of constitutional law with economic life.
