Amanda Payne is a Senior Lecturer at Staffordshire University's School of Digital, Tech, Innovation & Business. She has over ten years of teaching experience across foundation, undergraduate, and postgraduate levels in tourism, hospitality, events, and enterprise. Her international teaching includes roles in Cambodia, Poland, and as a visiting scholar in China (Chongqing and Xiamen Universities).
