Amanda Hay

Dr. Amanda Hay is an Associate Professor of Management Learning at Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University. She teaches undergraduate and doctoral programs, serving as Module Leader for 'Managing and Organising for Human Resources' and co-leader for DBA literature review modules.

Her research examines management learning in formal and informal settings, including how learning is mobilized in managerial work. Current work focuses on humanizing management education through concepts like unknowingness and fallibility.
