Amal Ahmad is an Assistant Professor of Economics at Wageningen University's Development Economics Group. Her research focuses on political economy, conflict analysis, and rural development in developing countries. She combines microeconomic theory with applied methods to study how institutions and distributive conflicts shape development outcomes, particularly in regions like Palestine and South Asia.
