His research centers on constitutional and administrative law, human rights, refugee law, and social justice, with a particular focus on the rights of vulnerable populations including homeless individuals, refugees, and people living with HIV/AIDS. He explores ethical issues in legal practice and advocates for values-based legal education. His work often intersects law with public policy and social welfare.
His recent publications demonstrate a consistent focus on human rights challenges in immigration and healthcare contexts, particularly under the European Convention on Human Rights. Key themes include the treatment of foreign nationals with HIV, the limits of state medical provision, and the ethical responsibilities of legal professionals. His scholarly output contributes to both doctrinal legal analysis and pedagogical innovation in legal education.
