Alon Schwabe

Alon Schwabe is a co-founder of Cooking Sections, an art practice exploring food systems and climate emergency through installations, performances, and institutional interventions. As Principal Investigator of CLIMAVORE x Jameel at RCA (since 2023), they lead research on climate-responsive foodways in drylands and wetlands. Alon holds an MA from Goldsmiths, University of London, and taught at the Royal College of Art (2016–2022), focusing on carbon offsetting and post-industrial bodies. They were a Guest Professor at the Academy of Fine Arts, Munich (2021) and have exhibited globally, including the Venice Biennale and Tate Britain.
