Allison O'Neill is a Clinical Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Harvard Medical School and a Pediatric Oncology physician-scientist at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute/Boston Children's Hospital. She serves as Clinical Director of the Solid Tumor Center and Director of Medical Therapies at the Liver Tumor Center, while also holding the Vice President for Clinical Performance Management role at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.

She chairs the Children's Oncology Group Liver Tumor Committee and collaborates internationally through the PHITT and SIOP Liver Tumor Working Group. Her clinical and research efforts emphasize multidisciplinary care, rare tumor studies, and training future medical professionals in translational research.
She leads the Dana-Farber/Boston Children’s Liver Tumor Center and contributes to global rare tumor research initiatives, aiming to apply innovative imaging and immunotherapy to improve outcomes for pediatric solid tumor patients.
