Lillian M. Guenther

Lillian M. Guenther, MD is an Attending Physician at Dana-Farber/Boston Children's Cancer and Blood Disorders Center and Instructor of Pediatrics at Harvard Medical School, specializing in pediatric sarcomas and bone malignancies. She provides comprehensive care through multiple specialized programs including the Bone and Soft Tissue Tumors Program, Solid Tumor Center, and Hematologic Malignancy Center.

Dr. Guenther completed her medical education at SUNY Downstate Medical Center College of Medicine (2011), followed by Pediatrics residency at Boston Combined Residency Program (2014), and fellowship at Dana-Farber/Boston Children's Cancer and Blood Disorders Center (2017). She holds dual board certification from the American Board of Pediatrics in General Pediatrics and Hematology-Oncology.

Her clinical expertise focuses on rare pediatric conditions including Alveolar Soft Part Sarcoma, Chondrosarcoma, Ewing Sarcoma, Leiomyosarcoma, and Rhabdomyosarcoma. As part of Dana-Farber/Boston Children's integrated program, she contributes to a multidisciplinary approach treating complex pediatric malignancies with access to advanced therapies and clinical trials.
