Allison M. Whelan is an Assistant Professor of Law at the Georgia State University College of Law, specializing in administrative law, bioethics, FDA regulation, and reproductive justice. Her research examines public health policy intersections with legal frameworks, focusing on marginalized populations and equity issues.
