Allison Leggett serves as an Adjunct Faculty and Fieldwork Coordinator in the Department of Education at Pacific Oaks College, School of Education, Pasadena campus. She plays a pivotal role in coordinating fieldwork for teacher candidates, managing fieldwork supervisors and mentor teachers, and strengthening institutional partnerships through MOUs with school districts across California.
Her educational background includes a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership, a Master of Science in Administration, a Master of Arts in Educational Psychology, Technology, and Early Childhood Education, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Mathematics from UCLA. Additional graduate studies were completed at Pepperdine University and the University of Phoenix.
Allison Leggett's research and professional interests focus on educational leadership, early childhood education, technology integration in curriculum, cognitive development, and teacher preparation. Her expertise supports innovation in remote teaching environments and digital literacy for early childhood programs. She has led the redesign of early childhood curricula using digital tools, earning recognition through competitive grants.

She has secured grants, including a $250,000 block grant for district schools, and contributed to state-level teacher assessment frameworks.
She is actively involved in professional networks such as PEACH (Partnerships for Education, Articulation, and Coordination through Higher Education) and AASA (The School Superintendents Association), where she supports workforce development and academic pathways in early childhood education across California.
