Allison Johnson is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Visual Arts at the University of North Georgia, based at the Dahlonega campus. She teaches Printmaking and Painting II, specializing in intaglio and oil on panel techniques. Her studio practice focuses on collaborative projects addressing cultural and ecological changes within contemporary political contexts.

Research & Practice: Johnson’s work explores ecological and cultural dynamics through printmaking and painting, often incorporating performative elements documented in video.
