Allison Cumming-McCann is a Professor of Counseling, Department Chair of Counseling, and Program Director of School Counseling at Springfield College. She holds roles within the School of Arts and Sciences and has served as interim chair of the Department of Psychology. With over 20 years in counselor education, her work focuses on multiculturalism, diversity, and social justice. She provides professional development workshops to schools, universities, and community agencies.
