Allen Sinai is a distinguished economist and forecaster, currently serving as Chief Global Economist and President of Decision Economics, Inc. (DE) since its founding in 1996. He holds a PhD in Economics from Northwestern University and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan. Sinai has held academic roles including Adjunct Professor at Brandeis University’s Lemberg School (1988–1996), Professor at New York University (1984–1988), and Visiting Faculty at MIT Sloan School of Management (1989–1991).
