Alison White is a 4-H Associate Professor and Extension Regional Specialist at Washington State University (WSU), affiliated with the College of Agricultural, Human, and Natural Resource Sciences (CAHNRS) and the Department of Human Development. She focuses on youth development programming across Yakima and Kittitas counties. Her roles include co-chair of the National 4-H LGBTQ+ Youth & Community Champion Group, co-lead of the National Extension LGBTQIA+ Affinity Group, and chair of the WA State 4-H Equity & Inclusion Committee.

Her organizational change research aims to enhance systemic inclusivity in youth development.
Advising & Committees: Alison advises the WA State 4-H Teen Equity & Inclusion Task Force and serves on the National 4-H PLWG Access, Equity, and Belonging Committee. She previously held teaching roles in natural resource science and community education in Washington, Idaho, and Taiwan.
