Alison Judd is an Associate Professor (Tenured) in the Faculty of Art at OCAD University. Her practice focuses on printmaking intersecting with language, blending interdisciplinary approaches. She holds an MFA in Print Media from York University, a BFA in Printmaking from Concordia University, and an AOCA in Interdisciplinary Studies from the Ontario College of Art.

Her research explores the boundaries of print media and textual expression. Notable residencies include the Kloster Bentlage Cultural Centre (Germany), Klondike Institute of Art and Culture (Yukon), and the Banff Centre for the Arts. She is currently the 2019/2020 Hexagon Special Projects Fellow at Open Studio, Toronto.

Her work has been exhibited in Canada, the U.S., Cuba, and Germany. Collaborations and fellowships highlight her commitment to interdisciplinary and international artistic practices.
