Ms. Alison Dickens is the Director of Enterprise & Short Courses and Senior Tutor (PGT) at the University of Southampton's Faculty of Arts and Humanities and Department of Modern Languages and Linguistics. Her work focuses on Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for international educators in English Medium Education (EME), TESOL, and e-learning, while also contributing to postgraduate teaching and mentoring through the PREP scheme for HEA Fellowship.
