Dr Alison Callwood is an Associate Professor at the University of Surrey's School of Health Sciences within the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences. She holds dual roles as a midwife and academic, specializing in healthcare education innovation, values-based recruitment, and neurodiversity-inclusive selection processes. Her career spans midwifery practice, global health initiatives in Malawi, and research-driven reforms in healthcare admissions.
