Alison Bedford

Dr Alison Bedford is a Senior Lecturer in Curriculum and Pedagogy at the University of Southern Queensland's School of Education. Her research focuses on history education, inquiry pedagogies, and children's literature, with particular emphasis on diversity representation and 19th-century literary studies. She co-founded the German-Australian Literature and Artistic Collective (GALACTIC) and History Educators' Regional Network, supporting regional teachers' professional development.
