Alicia McLaughlin

Alicia McLaughlin, Ph.D., is a Professor of Social Work at the University of St. Francis in Joliet, Illinois. She teaches in the MSW Program and co-advises the Augustus Tolton Honor Society for African American student scholars. Her clinical practice focuses on anxiety, depression, suicide, and life transitions in diverse populations. Dr. McLaughlin holds a B.A. from Indiana University, an A.M. from the University of Chicago, and a Ph.D. from Florida State University.
