Alice Gale-Feeny is a Senior Lecturer in Fine Art at the Kingston School of Art, Kingston University. As an artist and writer, she works at the intersections of performance, dance, sculpture, video, and facilitation, exploring how language, material forms, and bodies (re)construct realities and build fictions.
- MFA in Creative Practice: Dance Professional Practice (Trinity Laban / Independent Dance, London, 2021)
- BA (Hons) in Fine Art (Nottingham Trent University)
- Fellow and Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy
Her research integrates New Materialist and Posthumanist perspectives with queer feminist poetry and somatic practices, focusing on embodied methodologies and collaborative frameworks. Recent activities include the performance reading The Iridescent Creature (2023) and contributions to publications on artistic research.
She has received the Gill Clarke Bursary and Leverhulme Scholarship, and her practice spans solo/group performances, residencies (Hypha Studios, Glasshouse), and curation. Alice actively embeds values of equity, care, and anti-racism through her teaching and the collective A Particular Reality.
