Ali Radfard is a Lecturer in Leadership and Management at Aston Business School, part of the College of Business and Social Sciences at Aston University. His research focuses on the intersection of organization theory, organizational behavior, and strategic management, centered around the axes of Space, Time, and Consciousness. He holds a PhD in 'A theory of social-psychological time in corporate governance' from Bocconi University (2018). He currently serves as an External Examiner at the Adam Smith Business School since March 2023.
Radfard employs mixed methodologies including field experiments, computational sociology, content analysis, and agent-based modeling to develop a holistic decision-making theory. His work emphasizes temporal cognition, spatial-temporal framing, and corporate governance mechanisms.
