Dr. Ali Dehghan is an Associate Professor of Business Analytics and IT at the University of La Verne's College of Business. He holds a Ph.D. in Technology Management from Eastern Michigan University (2012), an MS in Engineering Management (2011), an MS in E-Commerce (2006), and a BS in Electrical Engineering (2003). His research focuses on service quality, customer satisfaction, renewable energy systems, and online education analytics. He has led NSF I-Corp grants and published extensively in peer-reviewed journals.
