Alfredo Toro Carnevali

Alfredo Toro Carnevali is an Associate Teaching Professor in the Department of Political Science and Law at Montclair State University's College of Humanities and Social Sciences. He specializes in Latin American politics, disarmament, international security, and diplomacy.
