Dr. Alexandra Spitz-Oener is a Professor of Applied Microeconomics at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin's School of Business and Economics. She serves as Deputy Director of the ROCKWOOL Foundation Berlin Institute for the Economy and the Future of Work and is a Research Associate at the Institute for Employment Research (IAB). Her research examines labor market transformations, technological impacts on work, and immigration.
