Dr. Alexander McClelland is an Associate Professor at the Institute of Criminology and Criminal Justice, Carleton University. His research bridges critical criminology, public health law, and LGBTQ+ rights, with particular focus on the criminalization of HIV non-disclosure and police-involved deaths in Canada.
