Professor Alexander Leff is a leading academic at University College London, holding the title of Professor of Cognitive Neurology at the Queen Square Institute of Neurology. His work bridges clinical practice and translational research, focusing on cognitive rehabilitation for acquired language and visual disorders following stroke. He has developed seven web-based rehabilitation tools co-designed with patients, including iReadMore, iTalkBetter, and Eye-Search, which have progressed through phase II clinical trials sponsored by NIHR, MRC, and The Stroke Association.
