Alex O. Otieno is Professor and Interim Provost at Arcadia University, where he has taught since 2001. He holds a Master's Degree from Temple University and is completing doctoral studies at the University of South Africa. Fluent in Dholuo, English, and Kiswahili, Professor Otieno's administrative leadership includes previous service as Associate Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences.
