Dr. Alex Kevill is a faculty member at Leeds University Business School, where he joined in 2017. He is an active researcher and educator specializing in entrepreneurship with a focus on family business dynamics and innovative research methodologies.
Dr. Kevill's research spans several key areas in entrepreneurship:
- Family entrepreneurship and intergenerational business dynamics
- Dynamic capabilities development in entrepreneurial firms
- The psychological aspects connecting affect, well-being, and entrepreneurial behavior
- Methodological innovations in qualitative entrepreneurship research

His scholarly contributions have been recognized with the 2021 best paper prize from the International Small Business Journal.
