Dr. Alessio Bartolacelli is an Associate Professor of Business Law at the University of Macerata's Department of Law, where he has served since 2018. He holds the Jean Monnet Chair of Business Law in the European Union and Sustainable Economy since 2020. His roles include Departmental Co-deputy for Research and International Relations, Erasmus Programme coordinator, and membership in multiple university committees including the PhD Course in Law and Innovation board. Dr. Bartolacelli earned his PhD in Business Law from the University of Brescia (2008) and an LLM in Jurisprudence from the University of Modena e Reggio Emilia (2004).
