Alejandro Raul Burga Ramos

Alejandro Raul Burga Ramos is a Tenured Group Leader at the Institute of Molecular Biotechnology (IMBA) of the Austrian Academy of Sciences since 2019. His research focuses on understanding the molecular mechanisms driving the evolution of complex traits, with a particular emphasis on epistatic interactions and genomic conflict. He has held postdoctoral fellowships at UCLA and Princeton University.
