Aldo Lena

Aldo Lena is a Senior Lecturer in Sports Therapy at London Metropolitan University's School of Human Sciences. He teaches across Sports Therapy and Sports Science programs and supervises student research projects. His clinical work includes providing sports therapy services at Pure Sports Medicine Clinic and Clinic4Sport, where he has treated professional tennis players.

His research interests focus on musculoskeletal rehabilitation, sports injury management, and therapeutic interventions for athletes. Lena also explores the application of novel technologies in sports therapy and health education.
