Dr. Albert Amankwaa is a Lecturer in Management at the Tasmanian School of Business and Economics (TSBE), University of Tasmania. He holds an Adjunct Research Fellow position at Curtin University's School of Management and Marketing. Previously, he taught at Curtin University, The University of Western Australia, and Edith Cowan University, with prior experience in Ghana as an Assistant Lecturer and Management Consultant.

- BSc in Management (University of Cape Coast, 2011)
Research Interests: Albert's work focuses on leadership and followership dynamics, decent work practices, workplace retention strategies, and innovation in both organizational and educational contexts. His research themes include employee creativity, job embeddedness, workplace wellbeing, and issues facing minority groups in the workforce.
Teaching & Supervision: With 10+ years of teaching experience, Albert coordinates units like 'Introduction to Management' and 'Management Communications.' He currently supervises doctoral research on skilled migrant retention in regional Australia and gig worker wellbeing in developing countries.
