Ajai Singh is a Professor and Chair of the Department of Finance at the University of Central Florida's College of Business, where he also serves as Director of the Dr. P. Phillips School of Real Estate. Previously, he held the Bolton-Perella Endowed Professorship at Lehigh University and taught at Case Western Reserve University, where his undergraduate finance program was ranked #1 by Bloomberg BusinessWeek.
