Aithan Shapira is an internationally acclaimed Lecturer at the MIT Sloan School of Management and founder of TILT, a firm dedicated to evolving leadership and organizational cultures in dynamic contexts. His work integrates over two decades of experience in unlocking creative capacities for innovation, with a focus on global leadership development aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
