Aissatou Barry is an Assistant Professor of Law and Director of the Housing Justice Clinic at Brooklyn Law School. Her work focuses on civil rights, clinical education, and housing law and policy. She has represented tenants in housing proceedings since 2017 and provides CLE trainings for legal professionals.

Her advocacy extends to marginalized communities, including youth-centered activism and initiatives promoting financial wealth protection for New Yorkers. She has taught at CUNY School of Law and co-facilitated a Housing Clinic Externship at Cardozo Law School.
