Airi Noppel

Airi Noppel is a Research Fellow at Tallinn University of Technology (School of Business and Governance, Department of Business Administration) since September 2023. She holds a Master's degree from the University of Tartu (2013) and is currently pursuing a PhD under Sirje Ustav, focusing on entrepreneurship education in higher education. Her career includes roles at the University of Tartu's Pärnu College and various research positions in business administration and pedagogy.

Education: PhD candidate in Economics (since 2016), MBA in Service Design and Management (2011–2013), and Entrepreneurship & Project Management (2007–2010).

Research interests span entrepreneurship pedagogy, learning skills development, and project management. She has led and contributed to projects like 'Universities for Deep Tech and Entrepreneurship' (2023–2024) and 'Enhancement of Research Capacity of Pedagogicum' (2018–2021). Awards include 'Most Innovative Lecturer 2023' and recognition for teaching excellence at Pärnu College.

Advised six master's theses on topics ranging from organizational buying processes to CSR and personal branding. Active in educational innovation and entrepreneurship training, with publications in pedagogy, entrepreneurship, and project management.
