Aires Padar is a Lead Lecturer and Customer Experience expert at the Estonian Business School (EBS) Customer Experience Management development program. He concurrently serves as Head of the Customer Experience and Service Department at the State Information System Authority (RIA). With over 30 years of experience across banking, telecommunications, and public administration, he specializes in leadership, innovation, and organizational psychology.
