Aireale Rodgers

Dr. Aireale J. Rodgers is an Assistant Professor of Higher Education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison's School of Education. Her research employs critical race studies and learning sciences frameworks to examine how everyday understandings of race and racism shape learning across higher education contexts.

Education includes: PhD in Urban Education Policy (USC, 2022), MA in Learning Sciences (Northwestern, 2018), and BS in Education and Social Policy (Northwestern, 2010). Research focuses on faculty development programs, graduate student socialization, and classroom teaching methodologies that advance critical race consciousness.
