Aimee Gourlay

Aimee Gourlay is an Adjunct Professor at Mitchell Hamline School of Law's Dispute Resolution Institute and serves as the Collaboration Services Manager for the League of MN Cities Insurance Trust (LMCIT). In her roles, she facilitates relationships between LMCIT and its member cities, mediates public interest conflicts, and teaches conflict management and mediation skills.

Her research and practice focus on organizational conflict resolution, mediation strategies, and collaborative governance in public sector contexts.
