Ailsa Foley is a Lecturer in Mental Health & Wellbeing at the University of Glasgow, affiliated with the School of Health & Wellbeing. She holds an Honorary Lecturer role and is associated with the MVLS College's Equality Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. Her work focuses on diversity and inclusion in education, decolonizing curricula, and academic integrity. She has contributed to projects like the 'Whose W.O.R.D.D. Counts?' tool for curriculum diversity assessment and led workshops on plagiarism prevention.
Her research spans mental health education, global mental health, and equity in teaching practices.
