Dr. Ailie Gallant is an Associate Professor at the School of Earth, Atmosphere and Environment within Monash University's Faculty of Science. Her research focuses on characterizing drought, precipitation extremes, and climate variability using observations and climate models, with significant contributions to flash drought mechanisms and paleoclimate context.
