Aicha Serghini-Idrissi

Aicha Serghini-Idrissi is an Assistant Professor at NEOMA Business School specializing in the Department of People and Organisations. Her interdisciplinary work bridges Organisational Behavior and Human Resources with a focus on gender, diversity, and intersectionality. She holds a PhD in Economics and Management from the ULB University (Solvay Brussels School, Belgium).
